These terms apply to every order placed and every appointment booked with Ms Lorde Beauty Ltd. By using this site you agree to them.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout through Shopify. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Welcome and bundle codes apply to products only, cannot be used on gift cards or booking deposits, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time.

A £30 deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total. The remaining balance is paid on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, but we will happily move your appointment once where we can.

UK delivery is free on orders over £25. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Colours on screen can vary slightly between devices. Always check the ingredients listed on the product page and patch test if you have sensitive skin. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to treat any medical condition.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.
